Our Chapter's Achievements

St. Pat's 2021

This March, TKE took second place in the annual St. Pat's Competition. During the one-hundred-fourteenth best ever St. Pat's, our St. Pat's Overall Committee head - Peyton Blake - rallied the house to win in Green Friday competitions, Follies, the Cudgel Competition, the Show Shillelagh, and other competitions.

Top TKE Chapter Award

In 2021, we won the Top TKE chapter award, an award given only to the best nationally ranked chapters. We received this award due to our chapter's above average GPA, our extensive alumni outreach, our philanthropy events (which include both TKE Trivia Night and TKE Taco Night), and our new member retention!

We've also won this award in the following previous years:

  • 1975
  • 1979
  • 1981
  • 1984
  • 1988
  • 1994
  • 1997
  • 2017
  • 2021

The Beta-Eta Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon at Missouri University of Science and Technology was installed as a chapter on March 8, 1947.

Since 1899, Tau Kappa Epsilon has never had an exclusionary clause for membership. TKE does not judge men on their wealth, rank or honor, but instead on their personal worth and character.

Our mission is to "to aid men in their mental, moral, and social development for life." In essence, we build Better Men for a Better World.
